THE PUMPKIN PIE!

~~MY FAVORITE PUMPKIN PIE~~
1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
~~~~~
1 can pumpkin (2 cups)
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
2 eggs
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp each ground ginger, nutmeg, and salt
In large bowl, combine ingredients.
Mix well and pour into pastry shell.
Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes longer
(or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean).
Cool before cutting. Refrigerate leftovers.
