RECYCLED E-MAIL
A message that I think is great,
I send for you to see.
And even while I'm still online,
You send it back to me.
And then it comes to me again
From all your E-mail friends.
From every corner of the globe,
It slavishly descends.
It stops for several months,
And then it comes to me anew.
Forgetting it has come before,
I send it back to you.
And so we toss it back and forth,
But find it's here to stay.
Recycled E-mail never dies,
Nor does it fade away.
You might think that it's vanished in
The air without a trace,
But it is always lurking there,
Somewhere in Cyberspace.
